{"id":5778,"date":"2009-08-15T02:00:38","date_gmt":"2009-08-15T00:00:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/rockpixx.com\/wordpress\/?p=5778"},"modified":"2013-01-15T01:14:13","modified_gmt":"2013-01-14T23:14:13","slug":"john-lees-barclay-james-harvest-15-08-2009-homburg-saar-stadtpark","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.rockpixx.com\/wordpress\/john-lees-barclay-james-harvest-15-08-2009-homburg-saar-stadtpark\/","title":{"rendered":"John Lees&#8216; Barclay James Harvest, 15.08.2009, Homburg \/ Saar, Stadtpark"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Also in den sp\u00e4ten Siebzigern war das in der gymnasialen Oberstufe so: Wollte man mit den M\u00e4dels, die man gut fand, \u00fcberhaupt irgendwie ins Gespr\u00e4ch kommen, dann musste man Barclay James Harvest kennen &#8211; das h\u00f6rten die n\u00e4mlich (fast) alle.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Tja und nun &#8211; ca. 30 Jahre sp\u00e4ter &#8211; stehe ich also im Graben, hinter mir ca. 25.000 Fans und vor mir auf der B\u00fchne eine der beiden Bands, die aus der Originalbesetzung hervorgegangen sind: \u201eJohn Lees&#8216; Barclay James Harvest\u201c. Neben dem Namensgeber ist noch Woolly Wolstenholme an den Tasteninstrumenten aus der Originalband mit dabei. Musik ist ok, Sound auch und der Rest ist f\u00fcr Musiker mit gef\u00fchlten 300 Jahren B\u00fchnenerfahrung sowieso Routine. Die Fans sind erfreut und ich bin sicher, das eine oder andere M\u00e4del aus meiner Schulzeit h\u00e4tte bestimmt im lauschigen Stadtpark von Homburg auch seine Freude an diesem Gig gehabt.<\/p>\n<p>Mein pers\u00f6nliches Highlight war allerdings, endlich einmal ein Mellotron live und in Action erleben zu k\u00f6nnen.
